This policy describes how Pino Professional Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information on the websites and media channels we operate, including pinoprofessionalsolutionsllc.com, globalsourcingreport.com, raicesandrecords.com and magiaprive.com, and our channels on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Etsy, Redbubble, Amazon and Facebook.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or contact us through a platform, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.
- Order information. When you buy from one of our shops or services, the selling platform (for example Stripe, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or Redbubble) processes your payment. We receive the details needed to fulfill your order, such as your name, delivery or email address, and what you purchased. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Standard analytics. Our websites and platform channels collect ordinary usage statistics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site — through the analytics tools provided by our hosting and platform providers.
- Cookies. Our sites and the platforms we sell on may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve our websites, products and channels.
- To fulfill orders and deliver digital products.
- To reply to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To understand, in aggregate, which content and products are useful to our audience.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal data to anyone.
- We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our products are intended for adults.
Third-party platforms
Much of our business runs on platforms we do not control (including Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook, Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, Shopify and Stripe). When you use those services, their own privacy policies also apply. We encourage you to review them.
Data retention and security
We keep contact and order records only as long as needed for business, legal and tax purposes, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the contact below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top.

Enigmas del Ayer Uploader (YouTube API Services)
We operate an internal tool, the “Enigmas del Ayer Uploader” (the “App”), used solely to publish videos to our own YouTube channel, Enigmas del Ayer, through the YouTube API Services. The App is not offered to the public and is never used to access anyone else’s channel or data.
- What the App accesses. With the channel owner’s authorization, the App accesses only our own channel under the YouTube API scope youtube.upload, to upload video files, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, and to schedule publication. We do not collect, view, or store information about YouTube viewers or any other third parties.
- What the App stores. The App stores the OAuth authorization tokens issued to our own account, kept in encrypted credential storage accessible only to us. Access tokens are not stored beyond their short validity period, and the App maintains no database of user information.
- How information is used and shared. Authorization tokens are used only to authenticate uploads to our own channel. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer any Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Revocation and deletion. The channel owner may revoke the App’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, the stored refresh token stops working and we permanently delete it from our credential storage. To request deletion of a stored token at any time, contact admin@pinoprofessionalsolutionsllc.com; deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.
- Platform terms. Use of the YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and our handling of Google user data follows the Google Privacy Policy.
